  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions
  • Media Strategy
  • Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
  • Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
  • Guide media and creative strategy, content plan, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Project Management and Internal Operations
  • Project manage complex work streams
  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, etc.)
  • Understand and execute global marketing
  • Drive and measure brand and performance metrics

Collaboration and ingenuity are required qualities for all CPG employees. The idealcandidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred but not required
  • Minimum 5+ years of digital media and/or sales experience.
  • Proven client solutions and sales performance
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data and how to implement analyticalinsights
  • Deep understanding of paid search and paid social campaigns on behalf ofclients of all sizes from the enterprise-level to startup- direct to consumer -including strategy creation, implementation, and ongoing optimization
  • Existing relationships with brand marketers a plus
  • Collaborates and works well with others in a team setting.
  • Must be disciplined to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectivelycommunicate at all levels required for the position.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and focus.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Experience with social networking and social analytics tools – Facebookanalytics, Google analytics, Google tag manager, other third-party measurementtools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Working in the US/LATAM Time zone
