Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred but not required
Minimum 5+ years of digital media and/or sales experience.
Proven client solutions and sales performance
Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Strong understanding of the importance of data and how to implement analyticalinsights
Deep understanding of paid search and paid social campaigns on behalf ofclients of all sizes from the enterprise-level to startup- direct to consumer -including strategy creation, implementation, and ongoing optimization
Existing relationships with brand marketers a plus
Collaborates and works well with others in a team setting.
Must be disciplined to handle a variety of tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectivelycommunicate at all levels required for the position.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and focus.
Strong written and communication skills
Experience with social networking and social analytics tools – Facebookanalytics, Google analytics, Google tag manager, other third-party measurementtools.
